Having traveled to over fifty countries, Ali Hussein Shoumar is fluent in five languages: Arabic, English, Swahili, Italian, and French. Taking charge of his father’s companies at a young age, he transformed a small workforce of fifty into a multinational team of over 1,500 employees, with a presence in countries like China, India, Italy, Lebanon, and Tanzania. His leadership expanded the company’s vision from building materials and renovation to construction and design-build (D&B).

With a genuine affinity for people, Ali assumed the role of president of the Lebanese community in Tanzania and was appointed as a representative for public relations and protocol.
